All of our designs have been purchased and are on file. Let us know the type of design you want and I'll get back to you with some choices in that category.
Can I order clothing to be embroidered?
Yes, we will order clothing as you specify to embroider. Look in the catalog to see the many items available.
How do I pay for my order?
Pay Pal is set up on our web site. If you purchase directly from the "Items for Sale" page it will take you through the purchasing steps. If you E-Mail or call for a custom order, I will send you an online invoice that you can pay with your credit card.
How do I know if I will like the design or layout of my purchase?
We can sew out a sample before we do the actual work and send you a digital photo via E-Mail for your approval.
How is my order shipped?
We use USPS Priority Mail with a confirmation number. We can ship 2nd day or next day if necessary for an additional charge.
How long will my order take?
Normally speaking, 2 weeks is appropriate. We can communicate with you the status of your order at any time, so that you are aware.
Can I order something and have it sent as a gift?
Yes! We will gift wrap your item and send a card with it at a small additional cost. Just let us know what the occasion is and the address to send it to.
Are there any special laundry requirements for embroidered items?
No. We use colorfast embroidery thread that will hold up as long as your garment does.
I don't have much to spend, what would make a good small gift?
The lace bookmarks are absolutely beautiful and are very intricately made. The white crosses are great gifts for baptisms and confirmations. Also, baseball caps with a hobby design or personalization would be a good choice.
I would like to have a design embroidered that I design. Can you help me do this?
Yes! This is called digitizing, and is how all embroidered designs are made. Call or E-Mail your idea or draft your design, and we'll go from there.
How do I order?
If you order from the "Items for Sale" page just follow the steps for the shopping cart. If you would like to place a custom order, call or E-mail at Diana@embroiderybydiana.com with the following information.
1. Item to be embroidered
2. Your design choice or idea
3. Type any text you want embroidered as well as what type of font (block, script, etc.) and where in relation to the design you would like the text. (above, below, beside, horizontal, vertical, etc.)
4. Indicate the placement of your design (left chest, middle, back, etc.)
When all of the details are worked out, I will E-Mail you an invoice which you can pay with your credit card. When payment is received, your item will be embroidered and shipped to you.
Can I stop by and have embroidery done on an item I have such as a letter jacket?
Absolutely! You may get your patches sewn on also!
I live in the area, what can you do for me?
Call or stop by and you can look through the many design choices we have as well as view items to have embroidered. You can also be involved in the designing phase of your order choosing fonts, designs, etc. We also do minor alterations and repair jobs in the sewing area of our business.
